Overview

At Squikk, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains when and how you can cancel a booking and what refunds you are entitled to. Please read this carefully before making a booking.

All refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval and will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your booking through the Squikk app or by contacting our support team. Refunds are only available if you cancel before a beautician is assigned to your booking. Once a beautician is assigned, no refunds will be provided regardless of the cancellation time.

Important: Once a beautician accepts and is assigned to your booking, cancellations will not be eligible for refunds. Please ensure you are available at the scheduled time and location.

Cancellation by Squikk or Professional

In cases where Squikk cancels your booking due to non-availability of a beauty professional or any operational reason:

  • You will receive a 100% full refund of the amount paid.
  • You will be notified via SMS/email/app notification as soon as possible.
  • We will attempt to offer you an alternative time slot or professional where available.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet).
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund is initiated.
  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–5 additional business days after initiation).

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Cancellation after beautician assignment - Once a beautician is assigned to your booking, no refunds will be provided
  • Service has been fully or partially rendered by the beauty professional
  • Customer was not present or available at the service address at the scheduled time
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., style preferences not communicated prior to service)
  • Bookings made using promotional credits or discount codes (unless stated otherwise)

Service Quality Complaints

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of service received, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment with details and supporting photos (if applicable). We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund, credit, or a complimentary re-service.

Complaints raised after 24 hours of service completion may not be eligible for refunds.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this policy before every booking.
